Ok - the day started out as normal - hubby wanted to make sure that the house was completely cleaned (it's an overnight trip ) So we get everything squared away and we are packed and ready to go by 11:00. He decides we don't need to leave until after 12, because it's suppose to be a 3 hour trip. We bought a Garmin GPS system for Christmas, and had it programmed the night before. We had eaten a big breakfast and weren't really hungry. We figured we would stop along the way for a bite. So about 12:30 we start to load up the car - first we had to take all the trash from the front door to the car to take to the compacter. Discovered that after we had gotten everything to the car we left the Sirius and the Garmin so I tracked my ass back up to the apt. to get them (which was a good thing, because I forgot the confirmation page for my Will Call tickets ). SO after verifying that we truly had everything, we leave, get rid of the trash and hit the highway.
