let's try and keep our chins up. I know we are all soo bummed about the soundcheck. Talk about being so high off the first email and now I'm down on the ground, but we still get to see them at meet and greet and you never know maybe we can hang with them a little longer (maybe they will feel sorry for us). And at the show, you know that we WILL be up in the front. I don't care what I have to do to get in the front row!!!

she said there is a will call set up there for Harley. And she said to her knowledge there is not one at the summerfest grounds.

So excited about the VIP. I'm so glad that I spent the money to do it!!! I just called the number and she said that it is north, but that they are playing at the Summerfest grounds. So, not quite sure why the VIP stuff is over there. I'm going to mapquest the address and find out how far away it is because if we have to get the passes at the main gate and then get to the other place it might be tricky. Especially with parking and all. I'm driving up by myself and I'm kinda freaking out about finding my way.

I talked to my sister-in-law who lives in Madison and she checked the Sunday paper in the Entertainment section and there is no information. She said she hasn't heard anyhthing about this show. Kinda weird when it is 2 weeks away. I told her to keep checking and listening and maybe we can get some kind of news about how to get to this show.

Wanted to do a review sooner but the computer has been down since Thursday night. So here is goes. I could have not been more excited for this show. This being only my second Daughtry show. I was alittle nervous on Thursday since the reviews from the night before saying that Chris was sick. I was having major flashbacks to the Kenosha show that got cancelled. I just kept saying to myself, "this is not going to happen again." Well anticipation grew all day and when it came time to get to my seat I was just so excited. It was a bummer to see so many open seats right before Daughtry went on. As soon as they started, which by the way I can't believe that they weren't even introduced, but neither was Bon Jovi, I just started screaming. And same thing in my section Gottaluvem, people were just sitting there and I felt I could hear myself screaming which was kinda scary. I then moved up to the front row of the 200 sections. I had pretty good seats too but I thought I would try and get closer. It worked for awhile and this guy came and stood right next to me but on the floor and he had a tag on, so I asked him if he was with the Bradley Center or the band and he replied, "the band". I then asked him if he could take me with him and he simply replied, "No, I can't". I thought it was worth a try. I too had a hard time hearing the words to the first song. I had the same experience at Summerfest with Daughtry. The music was way too loud and Chris got drowned out. But I was snapping pictures like crazy and singing and dancing. After a few songs I got busted and told to go back to my seat. I said that no one was sitting here but she told me to get lost. I didn't go all the way back to my seat and got to stay there for the rest of Daughtry. After they got done I got busted again by a guy this time and he said get back to your seat and that he let me stay there for the opening act. I replied with, "that was all I wanted". I then went back to my seat.

I am so happy for you. Way to go!!! You are such a die hard fan. Sounds like it was an amazing night.

see what happens when you take a break from the website? I cannot believe it. I thought my eyes were telling me a lie. Getter better, Chris. But, what about us fans, we have been planning and talking for so long. Let's hope they reschedule soon so we can have lots of fun rockin' to Daughtry. I will keep myself glued to this site until I read something.

a really nice, helpful girl answered a bunch of questions. O.k., regarding parking she said that there will really not be any parking available at the school. They will have it all blocked off unless you have a parking pass. I also asked how long the shuttle will run after the show and she said probably around an hour. So, 11:30 would be around the time for the last one. The doors do not open until 7 pm and since they can't block off ways to get to the bathroom she said that in the past people have gone into the dorms which is across the street. Same goes for food in the arena. There are basic sports arena concessions which will be available after the doors open at 7. Until then, you can go to the regular school food places. She said that everything is really close together.

to you Jellybean, you are one lucky girl. Be sure to tell all the guys us DO fans said "HI". I think my heart just broke alittle, but oh well it is still going to be a great time. Can't wait to meet everyone and maybe we will see the guys walking around somewhere.
