I was just wondering if daughtry will be comming back,as i didnt get to see them last year i had to go back to see the family in nsw.I hope they do!

Please vote for Over You on the Hot 30 countdown every day. I've been trying so hard to get Daughtry up there but its just not happening. Maybe if we can get more votes they at least might start playing the song. It was released ages ago but still gets no airplay.

On tonights verdict show when they showed Jacobs journey they played 'Home'! I was so excited. I'm sure they haven't played it before. Did anyone else watch it?

Hopefully they'll keep playing it every week now!

I was watching some You Tube clips of fans meeting the guys the other day. Their big moment comes and they just smile get photos and autographs and freeze up.

The fans were so shell shocked at meeting their idols they completely froze.

I know we are all living in hope of actually meeting Daughtry but if that moment came, what would u really WANT to say.?

Ozigal, did u get to say what u wanted or were u just shell shocked like the others.

I think I could possibly faint, haha.

The guys were awesome last night!! Chris looked and sounded amazing, Joey gorgeous as always, & all the guys rocked it hard!! I was so excited to finally see my fave band live & after having a really crappy day, the one hour of Daughtry made everything ok.

I was on the radio!
I got a call from The Edge radio station here in NZ, and on air I was asked who my favourite singer was and what song. Said Chris Daughtry and 'Over you' of course.

The announcer said did I watch AI and how good Chris was on it and what a nice and supportive wife he has, and spoke about what his wife had said when he got through at the beginning, that it's what he's always wanted and so she wanted it for him too, etc.. Of course I agree and said what a great family man he is as well as the best singer around. Shows that this announcer must also be a fan of AI and Chris!
But I was so busy agreeeing with her that I sounded so serious, wish I'd sounded more excited about it all - which I was!
Ended with 'Over You being played just for me - and I was very happy for everyone round the country to be listening to it too!

That's the third time I've been phoned up by a radio station and talked about Chris on the air! Certainly shows it's worth writing to the radio - just keep at it!

At around the same time, there's 'Over you', the new one from MB20, and 'Rockstar' from Nickelback, all released here as 'New Music'.
MB20/Rob having made my previous favourite music, and also liking Nickelback - must say, not impressed with either of their new releases, no-where near as good as 'Over You'. Daughtry definately wins out there - hope the public hear and agree too!
The announcers on one radio station haven't been impressed with 'Rockstar', not gone down too well with them!

When 'Home was played as 'New Music' on More FM, so was Rob Thomas with 'Little Wonders'; In the lastest weekly Top 40 on that radio station, 'Home' was number 3 and 'Little Wonders' number 4. 'Home already spent 2 weeks at Number One there and was 2 last week. Seems a coincidence that my 2 favourites seems to have new releases at the same time again - and good to see their previous ones side by side..

Good 'Daughtry' day today.
Had the radio on and 'Home' was played.
So then changed over to another station because I knew there'd be no more Daughtry on that one for a while, and a few minutes later 'Over You' was played.
Then went out, put a 3rd station on in the car and 'Over You' had just started.
That's 3 Daughtry songs in about 15 mins.

Got home and 'It's not over' was played on the first station I'd had on.

Now have come here and saw this fantastic new International thread - and now 'Home's playing on the radio!

And it's only half way through the day! Talk about 'be careful what you wish for, cause you might just get it all' - it is all happening to day!

Hi everyone. I'm from New Zealand - hence my name, as anyone else from down will know.

Really exciting to have this new forum for all us International fans!

I've been a big fan of Chris since he was first on AI, and have been enjoying all the success his songs have been having in New Zealand.

First with 'It's not over' when everyone heard it on the radio and he gained heaps of new fans - in spite of the 'Idol' label that so often goes against people here!
Then we got to hear 'Home' and now 'Over You' has started playing on some radio stations!

Am now listening and busy voting and requesting, hoping for it to go to Number One on the radio charts as the first 2 songs did.

Love to hear from other fans from this part of the world - come and keep me company.
Would love to hear how Daughtry is going in Australia!
