This was the best ever!!!!! Daughtry got the crowd the second he walked on stage. He received a big welcome just as Bon JoviI did. I have always been a Daughtry lover but my hubby went with me and he raved about how awesome he was and how he got the crowd going. I had my meet & greet which was fast but I will cherish it FOREVER!!!! The guys are so cute and can't wait for them to come back to FLORIDA to rock us out. This was a dream come true for me. I am now going thru Daughtry withdrawel.

Well this was the first show i've been to without my "daughtry girls", you know who you are, the ones I can't live without for very long....Shout out to the LOVE thread!!!! I was with my MIL, and this trip and show was a gift for me, in which I am very thankful for....BUT I knew I wouldn't get to see the guys, or get a pic or an autograph or get to the front row this time....this time I was able to sit back and ENJOY the show....Just watching what I know and love in the truest form.....pure and simple.....DAUGHTRY! the music was amazing!!! You Dont Belong was so clear and strong....and it just got better from there...The guys looked GREAT, they had unbelievable chemistry and performed like they'd been doing this forever...and they STILL loved every minute of it!!! I was so proud to see their transformation from back in the days of Blue Cats with 400 fans to St Pete Times Forum with 20000+ fans screaming for them or at least knowing who they were and loving them by the end of the set!!! I had people near me feeling the Daughtry love who were there for Bon Jovi and it was amazing to see how the boys just win fans over.....All in all a great night for me....This was my 4th show on the Bon Jovi tour and the best yet....I wish my girls were there to share such a great night with me...but you were all there in spirit...and close to my heart...and my heart aches for the people in fort lauderdale on saturday that couldnt make it into the show in time....and i cant believe that something that scary could touch daughtry fans and our boys that closely...and for that im sorry...im glad everyone is ok, and i do think how that could have been my show too....so i am thankful...and i'll be waiting patiently(sort of!) til my next show in August.... Hope to see you all there!!!

IMWA2BZ - WHAT!? They're not going to release the new album until NEXT YEAR!!!!!! NOOO!!!!! I'm dying here... I was so hoping that with a June recording we'd have it by the fall... (major depression sets in... )

Loved the reviews and video, don't ya just love these guys glad to hear what an awesome show and time everyone had, sounds like everyone, the band, is back on track and no residual problems from the night before. YEAH!!!!!

All I can say is FREAKIN’ AMAZING!!!! The guys were ON tonight in Tampa and we rocked the house! They started with “You Don’t Belong” which is so powerful live and Chris came out in the cowboy hat! THUD! The crowd response was excellent, despite the talking losers behind me! We had a couple in their 50s next to us whom came to see Bon Jovi, but told us they’d purchased the DAUGHTRY CD recently just because they knew they were openers. And, they LOVED it! So, we all rocked it together! Woo Hoo! Oh, and the hoochie mama’s were out in full force!
The set was loud and hard and fabulous. In no specific order, we got “You Don’t Belong”, “Home” with “Home Sweet Home” intro, “TABA” with “Hey Man, Nice Shot”, “It’s Not Over”, “Over You”, “What About Now” with “Walk the Line”, “What I Want”, and “Breakdown.” BUT, we got a bonus track!!!! “Feels Like the First Time” by Foreigner!!!!! Yes, I recorded it! Joey gave me the scoop on this later! So apparently they actually went into the studio and recorded this one, but this was the first live performance. It’s for something on CNN (I’m not sure what) that will be airing next month. Joey said it likely will be available on iTunes at some point and might possibly be released this summer! He also said they are officially releasing “What About Now” soon. So, with these two being released, it’s going to push the next album/CD into next year! He said they haven’t completely decided what’s going on it anyway and will start recording it in June. But, pushing the release into 2009 will give them time to relax and get the CD the way they want it! Joey is hoping to get his own disc of music out this year. He recorded around 20 tracks for himself in January.
I met up with Suzie (suzieq15cd), Lori (redhead), Robin (imajagfan), Kimberly (head of Joey NE street team), Mary, Brenda (bbelg614) and many others! Sorry girls, I can’t remember all the names! We all hung by the buses post show and Joey came out to hang with us for a long time. Josh Paul sped off with someone in a hot little sports car, so we didn’t get any time with him. (Apparently he has friends or family in the area). Joey was social and spoke softly as usual. We all talked about the show, the new song, the bomb threat, politics, George Michael (yes, he’s a fan too), the Beatles, Jon Bon Jovi, Richie Sambora (“Just trying to stay outta jail man!”:lol: ), anonymity, “man tits” , quadruple platinum, the new CD and his CD. There’s probably more, but it’s such a blur I can’t remember it all! David and Joey became fast friends. David never left his side during the hour plus Joey was hanging with us! So, I guess they are BFFs now!!!
Chris and Carter came on over and hung out for a bit. I told him that we LOVED the Foreigner cover and he said “Yeah, we did that for CNN. That was our first time live. You like it?”. Absolutely I liked it, yes, yes, YES!!! There were only about 10 of us at this point so Chris went down the line and took pics and exchanged HUGS with ALL of us. I told him I needed two because I had several girls from DAUGHTRY Official that missed out, so he obliged me!!!!!!!  So, ((((HUGS)))) for all my girls!
At this point it’s super duper late and almost no one is around except the roadies loading the trucks. Chris and Joey are over by the buses goofing around, but Steely and Brian are nowhere to be found. I was beyond beat, so David and I said goodbye to our new found but old friends. It was bittersweet and so, so memorable. Our hour ride back to Kissimmee was long and of course no way could I sleep with lovely thoughts of DAUGHTRY in my head!

THAT VIDEO!!!! OMG, I'm in loooooooooooooooooooove again!!!! And I seem to have spontaneously combusted....

It would be amazing to hear Daughtry do a cover of Eddie Money!!! Thanks for taking the time for a meet & greet. As always the show was fantastic & I'll keep my fingers crossed for the cover

Yesterday was the best so far. I can't even describe how great that show was. There is indeed something so engaging about Daughtry. Thank you for everything last night!

Daughtry was absolutely amazing last night. I so loved hearing "You Don't Belong" live for the first time.
I also loved there verision of "Feels Like the First Time" is was awesome. So wish they could have had more time to perform. Bon Jovi was good as well.
I was kind of sad that they didn't do "Wanted Dead or Alive"together it would have been awesome.Can't wait to see them again when they come back to Florida. Hey maybe they come to the Ford Amphitheatre hear in Tampa.( HINT HINT!!!!)

My first show and it was absolutely amazing!!! Daughtry rocked, Bon Jovi rocked. There was serious rocking going on, and I have no voice today to prove that.

First of all, I have to say that each and every time I hear you guys play, you get better and better. I was able to go to the show in Tallahassee on Friday and to Tampa last night. They both were great and yet different.

The energy in the arena last night was so electrifying. The house was packed and DAUGHTRY rocked it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know there were a lot of Jovi fans that have been converted.

There is just something magical about DAUGHTRY, maybe it is because ya'll are so real and not pretentious. LOVE YOU GUYS!!!

I attended your show last year at Universal in Orlando........but this surpassed that by a mile!!! You guys have gotten tighter and more seasoned. You were awesome, just wished you could've played longer!! Loved the cover of "Feels Like the Fisrt Time," one of my favs, and you guys did it justice! It was a great night, hope to be able to see you again soon. You guys are HOT!!

The concert was awesome!!! The guys were so good together!!! Bon Jovi was so good!!! Probably one of the best bands that I have EVER seen in concert!!! I was proud to see all of the DAUGHTRY fans there~too think a couple years ago that Bon Jovi didn't know who Chris was to touring together is something else!!! DAUGHTRY you are the BOMB!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks again for another GREAT concert!!!! It dosen't get much better than last night!!!

I wanted to let you all know what I just did. I pm'd RCA Karen regarding no claims for VIP for Tampa, Nashville tonight and Atlanta next week. She pm'd me back and said that RCA Ed was responsible for that, sooooo I pm Ed asking if he could at least post if a VIP winner for these shows has been notified. I explained it would at least let us obsessive fans stop biting our nails awaiting the news. I'm starting to wonder if something hasn't come up with Karen (RCAKaren); haven't seen any updates on the VIP winner forum in some time, so hopefully nothing has happened with her (I'm a mom so I tend to worry, it's my natural talent).

For those of you who have been down this road before, are the VIP's usually announced by now? I know there is a blurb on that page to be patient as it takes time to confirm with the winner(s), but still.. Anyway, I haven't tried to win one before so this is my first experience with this whole thing.
