Please Pray For Me (Allentown Fair Show)
hopefully, i'm to go to my first DAUGHTRY concert tomorrow night in Allentown. i say "hopefully" because i became sick over the weekend and if i don't feel better in the morning, i'm going to have to not go. :'-( i have a lot of congestion in my lungs and for someone like myself who is on a ventilator, a lot of congestion is not a good thing. i would be much more than disappointed if i'm not able to make it to the show. first, Allentown is so close to where i live that i highly doubt DAUGHTRY would ever be this close to me again. i've been looking forward to this since February when i read in the local newspaper that they were coming to the Fair. the money for my ticket may not seem like a lot to most people, but to me it's a lot. also, if i don't make it tomorrow, this would be the 3rd DAUGHTRY show i didn't make either because of my health or i couldn't get tickets. so please, if you believe in the power of prayer life i do, just say a quick little something for me. i know none of you really don't know anything about me, so i understand if you don't feel comfortable saying a prayer for me. for any of you that do say a prayer, i'm forever grateful to you. if somehow i am able to go, i'll just be so grateful!!!! i've pretty much given up on trying to get backstage since i still have never received a call back from the band's management and i seriously cannot afford the VIP Experience, as i've mentioned before. i haven't completely given up though. i'm going to hang out after the show and see what happens. you just never know. remember, if you see a guy in a wheelchair who's on a ventilator with auburn hair and wears glasses, that's most likely me. i'll be there with my best friend in the whole wide world and my nurse, who's kind of like my big brother or crazy uncle or something like that. 
seriously though, he's a great guy and much more than just my nurse. well, i better go and rest up. i don't know if i'll be online before the concert tomorrow, but either way i hope everyone that does go has a great, great time!!!!
